Welcome to Whitaker Rise! We offer a range of experiences, caravans/motorhome sites &, camping sites located not too far from Nanango where you will find all the shops and supply stores to ensure you have a comfortable holiday. Whitaker Rise is set on our 60 acre property in a beautiful rural setting With cows, alpacas, chooks, ducks, peacocks and Gee Gee our horse. Lots of natural wild life, lazy afternoons, making shapes out of fluffy clouds as they pass by in the sky, and at night see the full open sky and stars of the milky way.. Your stay will be in a secluded, quiet and peaceful setting only 4.5km from town. Nearby you can find the Rail Trail where you can enjoy walking or riding, 7 mile Gold Diggings and a cute country town to explore. There are lots of other walking trails to explore as well.Set on our 60 acre property in a beautiful rural setting with a Dam, Cows, Alpacas, Gee Gee the horse and Chooks, Ducks and Geese. Amazing sunsets and beautiful sun rises. It is a secluded, quiet and peaceful setting only 4.5km from town. Nearby you can find the Rail Trail where you can enjoy walking or riding, 7 mile Gold Diggings and a cute country town to explore. There are lots of other walking trails to explore as well.

Whitaker Rise, Caravan's RV's Camp

What a piece of paradise, hosted by the most genuine owners Dave and Linda. We had a short visit packed with all things wonderful, so very different to that of everyday city life. Horses, cows, the geese …. never ending land surrounded by beautiful sunsets. Only wished we had more time. Couldn’t recommend it more highly. Thank you for opening up your space to us and we look forward to coming back. Angie & Damien.

Whitaker Rise Caravans, RV and camp

My stay at Whitaker Rise was one of my favourite camping experiences of all time!. The setting was beautiful and I was treated to a most stunning sunset over the farm and got to enjoy watching the horses, cows and alpacas roaming about. Linda and Dave (and their little pup Bob) were so very kind and welcoming and I just can’t wait to return! An absolute treasure! Would highly recommend!

Whitaker Rise - Family Retreat

We had a wonderful couple of days with Linda and Dave. Our children loved visiting the animals, especially Annie the chicken. This is a great place to relax and unwind. We had everything we needed at the campsite, there was even tea and coffee provided.

Whitaker Rise Caravans, RV and camp

Linda & Dave were exceptional hosts and went above & beyond in making our family group welcome. They were wonderful with our city grandchildren - introducing them to the animals on the property, providing them with walkie-talkies, bikes, etc to make a fun time! We all had a great time - thank you!

Whitaker Rise - Family Retreat

Great facilities and very comfy beds, hosts were extremely accomodating, and lots of wildlife around at night which was lots of fun for the kids to see and explore. Definitely recommend for a weekend away!
