What a lovely tranquil place to stay. So close to the river & bridal way for walks. Was the perfect location for me to relax & unwind for a few days. The dogs are so friendly and cute.

Melissa and Robert are amazing hosts. The spot is beautiful. The kids had a great time disconnecting from devices and reconnecting with nature and the wonderful animals on the farm. Highly recommend the spot.

Absolutely a fabulous place to stay, very private and hidden from the main house. Amazing views and access to lovely walks by the riverside.
Mellisa and her husband met us on arrival and waved us goodbye, nothing was too much trouble for them and even dropped of fresh eggs in the morning.
Do yourself a favour and book this place.

Riverfront Hobby Farmstay was delightful. We felt like we had a beautiful little piece of land all to ourselves. There was plenty of space for our hybrid camper and the site would suit camper trailers and tents/swag set up. It was peaceful, well presented and private. Melissa was a great host.

Had a great weekend with the kids (9 and 3). They really enjoyed the horses, ducks and geese. With plenty of room to explore and for the kids to build a cubby and walk along the river, it was such an easy last minute get away.
Hosts were awesome!
Definitely recommend!

We (Dad and 9 daughter) had a nice night camping here. We were looking for somewhere close to home to try out our new camper trailer and this spot was perfect with a nice flat area tucked well enough away from the main house and plenty of room to spread out (plus it's only 30 minutes from the CBD). My daughter loved meeting the horses and the cute little dogs, eating delicious oranges off the tree, roasting marshmallows over the campfire, the fireflies glowing in the trees at night, and even hunting for (and finding) goose eggs! This is a handy spot if you live in Brisbane and want to enjoy a night camping under the stars with younger kids and would also make a good base camp from which to explore the surrounding areas. The hosts are lovely, thanks Melissa and Robert for making us feel welcome.

Nestled in to one of two camping spots, tucked away from the main house and looking out to the river.

Had a lovely night away at Riverfront Hobby Farmstay. Melissa and Robert were lovely hosts, showing us around the property, and then leaving us to our own devices with privacy. They have set up a lovely campsite space surrounded by mango and orange trees. There is potable tap water available close to the campsite. Even better were the very generous check in and check out times, giving us plenty of time. There is a bridle path from the property which leads to a lovely walking trail to the ferry and beyond. Will definitely be back.
