Overlooking the Mooloolah River headwaters, this campsite is suitable for roof-top camper or tents or swags in dry season. Towing of trailers to this campsite IS NOT PERMITTED as tow out is costly. There are no facilities available at this site, campers need to be completely self contained, byo camp toilet and leave no trace as it close to a waterway. There is a firepit available for your use, due to the remoteness please add firewood at the time of your booking before checkout so this can be arranged for your arrival. Tow out fee or track restoration fee is charged if 4WD + off-road-tyre-requirements are ignored.

Just an amazing landscape, green & lush with cows and calves wander happily. Idyllic private camping spot to become one with nature.
We had our 3 small dog with us who loved it.

The Riverdell’s camping was beautiful! I stayed at the junction, which was so secluded and right next to the stream. The drive down was testing, however the instructions provided were detailed and so important. Can’t wait to plan another trip there!
We stayed at The Junction for 2 nights and absolutely adored it. Beautiful camp-site on the creek in the rainforest and very private. The hosts have done a fantastic job and have set it up so that no one disturbs you. Lots of space to explore and pet friendly.
Beautiful spot by the junction of the two creeks. Good clear instructions from Carolyn. Gravelled track though still quite challenging. Has a gate for privacy when the camp is occupied. The site was flat and very private. Will be back...

It's a great little spot tucked away down by the creek but I wouldn't recommend if you want piece and quiet....
We had 5 different cars come right down to our camping spot for no other reason than to get to the creek or just have a look at it..... not to mention the 4 groups of kids that came down and literally walked through our campsite to get to the creek as early as 8am Sunday morning.....
I would suggest a separate area for other campers and there kids to explore the creeks and not have everyone come through this campsite.
