The camp site is on top of the "knoll" under gumtrees, right next to a Koala sanctuary. There is easy access from the road and walking distance to the Samford Village (Pub and Shops).

This 5 acres property offers a spot to park your vehicle, pitch your tent and relax right next to the beautiful South Pine River in the Samford Valley.
The camp site is on top of the "knoll" under gumtrees, right next to a Koala sanctuary. There is easy access from the road and walking distance to the Samford Village (Pub and Shops).
Guests will need to park their vehicles and make a short 50m walk to the campsite area where they can set up their tents.
There are no facilities so guests are required to be fully self sufficient with their own toilet/shower.
You have access to the river, hiking and biking trails.
Campfire for cooking is allowed and there is a fire pit provided for our guests to enjoy.
Pets welcome, but must be kept on leash and cleaned up after.

traffic was consistent. I decided to give up camping and just returned home on the day. It may have bene okay late evening but I didn’t want to be waken up by traffic sound next day morning.
Just be aware. If you dont mind road beside campsite, it can be a good for short trip.
Bloody good spot.. easy access to the creek and mountain bike track out the back.. Very private and some wildlife for the kids to See.

Cute hilltop rise. Was very dark when my partner and I were looking for gate to property with low service, after messaging Hendrik he was promptly on the case and called/directed us to the entrance. Props Hendrik - you were very helpful! Also, nice lil creek to explore
Awesome experience with easy access to scenic parts of the river, would definitely recommend for young adults looking to get a weekend away, awesome property, 10 outta 10 stay.
Camping on the Knoll was awesome.
With great views across the property, a nice walk to the creek for fresh water and a dip. We brought some firewood and used a lot of local leaves and dead wood fallen down. Just 35 min from the city. Loved the location and just 5 min from a latte in the morning.
An amazing getaway in nature & would highly recommend for anyone looking to get away for a night or two to rejuvenate🙏🏼
