Camp sites on a lovely flat on the bank of the creek immediately overlooking the waterhole and well isolated from other camping sites. Two sites separated from each other by about 30 m (and partly obscured by a large Bursaria shrub). Both well shaded. Waterhole likely to be used by other campers. Bring your own drinking water but good untreated water is available nearby for other purposes. The toilet is a few hundred metres from the camp site. This spot is on the other side of the creek, requiring slightly high clearance vehicle for access and is not suitable for long vehicles such as when towing a large camper trailer because of the tight turns in the track and scattered trees on the sites.
Children 5 and under are free. Children aged 6 to 15 are $5 each per night.

My wife and I had a great time at Brenda and David waterhole it was a great view lovely sound of running water very private and the eco friendly toilet they have on the land is fantastic it is very clean and no smell at all we will be returning there in summer next time

I absolutely loved my stay at The Waterhole and my only regret is that I didn't stay longer! There was another camper at the neighbouring site but we still had peace and privacy. David gave us a fantastic ecology tour of his Nature Refuge and shared his knowledge of the landscape and its restoration. Great for wildlife watching and hiking within the property. I'll be back! Thank you David & Brenda.
Great site. Close to the waterhole & could only see 1 other campsite. Walking trails on the property.
Was met by David on arrival who was very helpful, overall The waterhole was amazing, very peacful and we will definitely be coming back

This camp ground did not disappoint, tucked away on the scenic rim with breath taking views in all directions.
The camping amenities where clean and in great conditions as well as a beautiful creek for swimming. We would recommend to any one looking for a private get away!
The waterhole campsite 1 off Mailman Road, is all in the name, it is right next to the waterhole. What a great campsite. There is plenty of space and it also has a shared toilet. The sound of running water at night in front of the camp fire was great
What a great site and a credit to David & Brenda, who are so welcoming.
Just note, if you don't have a car/ute with high clearance you won't get to camp sites 1 & 2.
Will definately be looking to return.

Amazing spot! Creek and waterhole are so beautiful and refreshing. The site felt very secluded as there was only one other group there. Drop toilets are very clean and well maintained. Overall a fabulous weekend and we will definitely be back!
