Excellent spot to stop off after a long drive! We arrived after dark and David had kindly left some firewood for us. We awoke to the spectacular scenery of the waterhole and enjoyed the bird life. 3 brolgas flew over us as we were having our morning coffee. Great spot to camp, weād definitely go back.
Highly recommend! After several nights in caravan parks this camp was pure bliss. The bird life around the billabong would be a twitcher's nirvana. We booked last minute but David was very prompt replying with instructions and suggestions. Thank you David for providing such a wonderful place to stay.

We loved tent camping here!! No one else around, so tranquil and peaceful! Star gazing was fantastic and the lake was very pretty. Perfect stop! Wish we could have stayed longer.
We actually stayed at the CattleYards, as the recent rains meant we couldnāt get to the billabong site. Dave was great at communicating the change to us directly. We loved the outdoor tub, filled with warm artesian water, and watched the sun set and moon rise relaxing our aches away. The site was so peaceful and we had it all to ourselves!
Amazing, one of the highlights of our holiday. The stars were amazing and so was the wildlife. We even had a herd of sheep come to the waterhole for a drink in the morning. Sunset and sunrise were spectacular.
We also did the self tour around the property which was lots of fun.
Long drop was clean.
Highly recommend!!
Stayed for two nights at Coolibah waterhole. Campsite was close to the water near a lovely Casuarina tree. The birdlife was abundant with Brolga, ducks, waterhen, noisy Cockateils, couple of Spoonbill hunting for yabbies. Also saw father Emu with five chicks. Early morning light gave me some lovely images of reflections in the water of the old gnarley Eucalypts and grasses on the bank of the waterhole.

Great camp site. Lots of birds and plenty of yabbies in the waterhole. Would highly recommend the sunsets by the camp fire.
