Room for a house on this pad ... park up on the lower level, and set up a tent on your very own loft level above. First glimpses of Lake Cootharaba, in the foreground, and the blue Pacific Ocean beyond, are visible from this level on the mountain (120m ASL).

Camp site was beautiful! So private and elevated. Fantastic sunrise and sunset. Hiiiighly recomend the clime to the top of the hill for sunrise!
My group took a day trip into Noosa via a 30/40 minute drive, was so nice to come back to camp amd enjoy a fire and the sunset.
Upper east side had the option of the larger flater sight which would be perfect for caravans as well as the higher pad great for a few tents and swags around a fire. Much better view from this point. Need a 4x4 to get up to the higher pad. Highly recomend!!!

Coondoo Springs is a pleasant property in the bush. We enjoyed our stay here.
Signage and directions on the property were unclear and we did not find the site we booked (8 Upper East Side), but we pulled up on the large Site 1 and set up there instead, as directed by a man at the homestead. The 'pit toilets' is an open air toilet in the bush.
Donald, the host, drove by our site on our second night to check we had enough fire wood and check if there was anything else we needed.
Approx. 20 minutes from Boreen Point and Kin Kin.
Would return again!
Couldn’t recommend this site more — absolutely stunning, private - just gorgeous!
Donald was a lovely host.
Will definitely be back!
The road to the site I booked was completely flooded and there was no mention of needing a 4WD to get there. (Not even an average 4WD could make it, thats how bad it was)
I walked up to the site to see what it was like and I wasn’t impressed, the site was totally overgrown.
There was another person who had the same issue that day and they mentioned the owner doesn’t like being disturbed. What a joke..
So we ended up staying at a rest stop about 10 minutes away which was 1000x better and free of charge.
