Welcome to our not-for-profit grounds open to the public. The camp has been set up as a youth-oriented facility that welcomes travelers and regional people. All proceeds go towards running costs and improving facilities. We have an onsite caretaker (LES) for maintaining the property.
Firewood IS NOT available at the campgrounds.
Dog friendly (must be controlled at all times!) and good access for caravans and all types of vehicles.
NOISE restrictions are in place and must be adhered to.
There is to be no discharge onto the ground from caravans etc.

Perfect spot close, close to town. Enjoyed the peace and quiet. Great camp spot with excellent amenities. Will definitely be back!
Good spot, mozzies were bad !!
Great little spot. Not as big as expected but on a weeknight it wasn't an issue. Mozzies hit hard and even though prepared with coils,spray and orange lights they got us good. The river was lovely and the amenities were well kept and clean.
There was plenty of space, and lovely grassy areas. Les was a wonderful and friendly host. The camp kitchen and toilets/showers were clean and tidy, and the camp ground was quiet and peaceful.
We loved our stay at camp akuna with its, short walk to the Boyner river, pet friendly! All the great amenities you could ask for, and the extensive local knowledge the Les the caretaker had for us.
Beautiful spot with heaps to offer. Showers and toilets are in excellent condition, Les the Caretaker is welcoming and full of information.

Second time at Akuna pikes crossing. Still very well maintained with all amenities clean and tidy. LES the caretaker is all time welcoming and helpful
