We booked this campsite with no recommendation from anyone so did not know what to expect and we were so happy that we did. There was consistent communication from booking to leaving, there are no other campers - we had the entire place to ourselves! There is river frontage and easy calm water to kayak and fish. The fire pit was a nice way to end the day, we will be back when the weather is a little warmer as it would also be a great place to swim but for this trip it was a bit chilly! Thanks Melanie and Oliver!!

Beautiful large area, lots of shade, stunning views, heated shower and firewood. Being exclusive makes it even better!
Great spot. Highly recommend.

We loved it, one of the best spots around the tableland’s. Melissa and Oliver awesome people. Thank you guys🏕🏕🔥🏞🎣 what else can you ask for? 👍🏼

Lots of space and privacy right on the river. Beautiful spot and lovely hosts! We will definitely be back
Mel and Oli have a beautiful property near Atherton and the setup is great. A private area for camping near by the river and shower facility with hot water (need to light a fire for this)
They also have solar panel that charge a couple of batteries, just in case you need to charge your mobile phone etc.
One of the best hipcamp site we visited so far.
Just be mindful that the river, like any other, during heavy rainfall can run strong and be a bit murky.
Melissa and Oliver were terrific hosts with a magical site. Flat and grassy camp site with lots of shade. They even set up a gazeebo for us because of the rain. The fairly lights and spot light set up shining into the trees were a great touch! They even had electricity for camp fringes and Charing things available. They had dry storage for fire wood and had cut plenty for us to use. The hot shower was to die for with a great view. We even saw platypus in the swimming hole right by the camp. It was a great time swimming relaxing and kayaking. Definitely recommend this camp and we will definitely be going back.
