Located 5 mins outside Morgantown, PA in the heart of farm country, this site is excellent for cycling through the beautiful roads of Chester county, hiking, exploring local parks like French Creek and Marsh Creek (both of which have boat rentals),
This site is located on a working farm, situated between a big beautiful barn, corn fields, and a horse paddock (with horses!). Located 5 mins outside Morgantown, PA in the heart of farm country, this site is excellent for cycling through the beautiful roads of Chester county, hiking, exploring local parks like French Creek and Marsh Creek (both of which have boat rentals), disc golf, and much more. There is a local Creamery next door with fresh cheeses, smoothies, and eggs, and a produce stand 2 mins away that has farm fresh delicious produce and fresh local steaks and meat.
The Wander Wagon has a brand new full size bed with a 4" memory foam mattress. The bed is lofted and we can provide 2 camping "crash pads" for small children to have a cozy fort-like experience - just send us a request. It also has a firepit, 3 chairs, and a charcoal BBQ grill. There is a Walmart a few minutes away where you can stop for supplies or have them delivered to the site.
This site is a beautiful rustic camping site and has NO electric and NO running water. It does have jugs of bottled water available onsite for your use. Just like camping, expect to bring bedding, a cooler, and cooking gear. Don't worry, we'll email you a checklist of things to remember!

Lovely place high on a hill, not far from Philly but feels a world away. Cooler than the surrounding area due to its location. Very close to Walmart Lowes Sheetz etc but again feels like you’re in the middle of nowhere. Creamery and produce stand nearby, had amazing bicolor corn… and raw milk if you’re into that. It’s basically camping with a solid roof. Nothing fancy but protected from the elements.
