‘The Pond House’ - Field and Pond

Great place in a peaceful and private setting. Nice touch that fire pit was setup when I arrived with kindling - ready to light! Nice supply of wood was included which was also a nice plus! The site is in a quiet valley, easy to find and also still close to a lot of amenities incase you forget something. Host was quick to respond to all messages. Thanks for everything looking forward to the next visit.

A really lovely spot! Directions were accurate, host was easy to communicate with (didn’t require contact on check in, all done by text which I appreciated!). She even left a bunch of fire wood for me! There are two spots across from each other (no privacy) and if you keep going up the hill there’s one larger spot off of a meadow. The three sites are very close together, but I was the only one there so it was totally fine. You can drive your car up to the site which is nice. I only ended up staying one night, the weather was rough and I was anxious to get home after two weeks on the road. But I would absolutely stay here again if I was in the area!

This spot was a dream! We had great views of the full moon, the meadow and hillside were so cute, and we had complete quiet. Would totally stay again - thanks Veronica!

This location was perfect! Great view of the hills and isolated from other sites. The host even provided firewood and a picnic table! Would highly recommend to others.

We did an ovrrnight camp here in prep for a long bike ride the follwing day at Rothrock state park. Booking was easy, Veronica texted us the address and site info and rhe campsite was perfect with great views. Id definitely stay here again next time we ride in the area.

The camp site was very nice! The three sites are fairly close to each other but much farther apart than a typical campground.

We camped at the field spot and it was beautiful! There are two other spots, out of site of this one, that are in a cleared gravel area. These are next to each other and let private. I think it is first come first served so get there early and grab that field spot if you want privacy. This location is very close to town so was great for visiting our Penn State student. We had a great time!
