A shady glen has soft grass to pitch a tent next to Mine Run Creek. The tent location is a short walk from parking, so you won't have to trek far. There's deer, foxes, herons and pileated woodpeckers that are frequent visitors among us. We've got a nice trail that runs along the creek, up a hill and back through the field. When the creek is high enough, you can find a spot to dip in for a swim. We've got a fire pit if you'd like to have a fire, and if you'd rather go out to eat, we're not far from Trouble's End Brewery in Collegeville that has the best food in the area. We're also a two-minute drive from the Perkiomen Creek trail.

Martin’s campsite and surrounding area is awesome! Tons of land to explore, my son especially loved walking around in the creek and “hunting” for crayfish. Even though we didn’t end up eating crayfish for dinner, was a great time. We look forward to returning.
