Burnhead Grazings is a beautiful farm. The Stream Side tent site was the perfect site for our family camping trip. It was a great spot for my 15 month old granddaughter’s first camping trip. Moire and her family are warm and welcoming.

Perfect camping location, lots of space and privacy, and so much to do (kayaking on the pond, visiting the animals, playing in the stream,…). We had a lovely
time. Hosts are exceptionally helpful and kind as well.
Well, this is our 3rd year coming here. First, it was just our family trip. Then last year, we started a great tradition of a mom/kid trip! The kids and moms made same fantastic memories! The hosts go above and beyond every year to make us feel like we never want to leave! They have a nice outdoor shower this year that we were able to use after visiting Yellow Creek Beach, which is 15 min away. Walmart is right up the road as well! The kids played in the creek, walked down to the barn, caught lightning bugs, took a short horse ride, watched/swam with the mini horse (Poppy), ate fresh farm eggs, played in the creek some more, had a great fire, played tag, fished for big bass in the pond, and laughed pretty hard! Thanks so much Moire!!!!! The kids are whooped!!! See you next year!!!

The site was amazing! Just as described, quiet; and perfectly serene. The hosts were thoughtful and friendly. The bathroom easily accessible from the site and clean. We really enjoyed the hospitality here and will return again, for sure! A great place to camp with kids.
Moire and Randy were wonderful hosts and their property is simply magical. If you're looking to make family memories that last, it doesn't get much better than Burnhead Grazings. We enjoyed a blissful 4 days wandering the property, chatting with Randy and enjoying the majestic views. Our kids particularly enjoyed feeding the fish in the pond, swinging on the tree swing, playing tag in the fields, stomping in the stream and of course, hanging out with the farm animals.
This was a great tent site. You could easily fit 10 very large tents all around in the designated area. Lots of land to walk and sites to see on the property. Moire was extremely welcoming and enthusiastic about sharing her property. The house is about 200 yards away up a small slope. There is 2 Air BnBs on site but did not cross paths at all. I would absolutely stay again and would likely bring my kids next time.

We had a wonderful stay at the Stream Side Peninsula Tent Site. Our site was private, yet close enough to the powder room. Steps from the stream was perfect, especially on the hot day! The fire ring and picnic table were perfect and we enjoyed our campfire. Saw horses, goats, sheep, and chickens! Will definitely be back again!
The Stream Side Site at Burnhead Grazings was beautifully picturesque. We loved it there beyond words. Hearing the stream while falling asleep brought absolute serenity.
Randy was genuine and kind, and his hospitality and friendliness was comforting and eased us into feeling immediately at home.
This was the getaway with my dear friends that we all needed so much, and I have so much gratitude and feel truly blessed we were able to spend our time together at this remarkable and stunning farm, with the added bonus of meeting and talking with Randy.
We look forward to an opportunity to return.
Thank you very much!!

The stream side camp is a relaxing quiet spot. We stayed two nights. The first night there was a heavy rain, and when we woke the stream was flowing fiercely, which was neat to see and hear. We had put our tent uphill from the stream, which was good because the lower area by the stream flooded. No one was staying at the pond side camp and we were able to walk up there and enjoy the views and the swing.
Moire is a gracious and accommodating host. Would definitely stay here again.
