We invite wood carvers, crafters, artists and food vendors to come and set-up your vending booth. This listing is for vendors to make a "Request to Book" to vend at the Austin Dam Memorial Park. This listing is ONLY for wood carvers, crafters, artists and food vendors who want to come to the park and vend for the festivals or holidays, or even just on a normal summer weekend.
This listing includes festival vending during the Memorial Day Weekend on May 28—31, the Dam Wood Carvers Fair on July 15—25 and the Dam Pow Wow on September 25—26.
Book one vendor site per group (Max size of 3 per group, One Vendor plus up to 2 helpers). More than 3 persons per group, must book multiple vendor sites or book a campsite.
When your vendor request is accepted, a 10' x 20' spot will be assigned by the festival organizers, and your spot will be located on the grassy meadow below the Bayless Concrete Dam ruins near to the park pavilion, welcome center and stage area.
These dates can be reserved at this Austin Dam Vendors Only listing in 2021:
During the Dam Wood Carvers Fair July 15—25. For this event, wood carvers, crafters and artists are requested to donate at least 2 items for the 50/50 auction, with the 50/50 split being 50% of the winning auction bids is donated to the Austin Dam Memorial Park and 50% goes back to the wood carver, crafter or artist who donated the pieces. For food vendors and other vendors that are not included in this auction, it is requested that 10% of profits be donated to the Austin Dam Memorial Park.
During The Dam Pow Wow (Native American Festival) September 26—28, it is requested that 10% of profits be donated to the Austin Dam Memorial Park.
For the other dates available throughout the summer months, please consider giving a donation gift of any amount to the Austin Dam Memorial Park to help off-set costs.
