Great night at purple pines
Great overnight stay at Purple Pines. The site was secluded in the trees, but had a nice little ridge to look out over. Big fire ring with plenty of kindling and a very well maintained outhouse. Close to a couple hikes and within close driving distance of gas, groceries, and the small downtown of Philipsburg. Anne was very helpful getting us situated for our stay. Would recommend!
Great stay at the purple pines
Very nice, quiet spot that provides a very secluded setting. It feels like you are further out then what you really are - only about 5-7 minutes from downtown Phillipsburg which provides you the shopping essentials you may need if you forgot to pack something. Anne was a great host, very attentive and very responsive to all my messages. I really had a great stay at 'The Purple Pines' I hope you continue to share your place of paradise for furutes years to come! I look forward to a return visit in the near future. Highly recommend!
I’m so glad I found Anne’s spot! It was beautiful, nestled into the tall trees with a fire pit and plenty of wood for a very low extra charge. Anne met me to give me the lay of land and was more than hospitable and pleasant. Being so close to town yet feeling so far removed was perfect for my nights stay. She and her husband also gave me great hiking recommendations for the area. Would absolutely love to come back in the future!
