Small hobby farm outside of Bend with a little group of alpacas and sheep. Small wading pond, sandbox and pleasant sitting area. Five minutes from Tumalo town, which is home to The Bite food carts, Bend Cider, Pisano's Pizza, other food establishments, summer farm stand, a gas station and a convenience store. Short, scenic, back road drive to Bend downtown, 45 minutes to Mt. Bachelor. Just minutes to Tumalo State Park and Tumalo Reservoir. BLM is across the street for hiking, dog-walking and mountain biking. Excellent road biking right out the door on a scenic biking route. View of mountains in the distance on clear days. OK for well-behaved dogs, though note that the driveway is not gated and the property is not entirely fenced. Dogs must be under voice control as we have pets and small kids.Please note that we only accept RVs/campers/trailers - no tent camping, please. The limit is one vehicle. Enjoy a farmside setting alongside a large lawn. Once you back your rig onto the site, a large ponderosa provides ample shade. This camper/RV spot sits next to a small wading pond, long lawn, small beach sand play area, and picnic table. Kiddos will enjoy playing and climbing along the rocks. A 50 amp service, well water hookup, 110v outlet and usb charger station are available for your use. Please note that during cold-weather months or in below-freezing weather, the well water hookup is accessible upon request only - we can gladly open the line as needed. Please note: The wading pool, lawn and sand play spots are shared areas, sometimes used by us and our children. Well-behaved dogs under voice control are welcome. It is essential that any dogs would not chase cats, kids, free-range chickens or wildlife. We have three friendly cats and a dog that roam freely. Also, note that the property is not completely fenced. Smoking, recreational drug use of any kind, and parties are NOT permitted. This site is intended to be a comfortable, pleasant, low-key home base for your Bend area adventures - 15-20 minutes from downtown Bend, 45 minutes from Bachelor, and 5 minutes from a fun food cart pod (The Bite) and other convenient sundries in "downtown" Tumalo down the road.

Peaceful Country Stay

Had a lovely stay at Lisa’s place! Such a quaint little spot out in the country, yet still close enough to everything in town. The electric and water hook ups were and added bonus. Loved all the farm critters and the bright stars at night!

We camped in a 30 ft. trailer. Lisa and her husband were great hosts! The camp was quiet. Lisa's girls were adorable. Loved the sheep and baby lambs! It was convenient to Bend and Smith Rock State Park.

Loved this spot!

We liked our first night so much, we asked if we could stay two more nights! This is a great spot. Sun sent was amazing. Close to Bend, but feels remote. Really appreciated the fresh water and electric for our rig.

Totally awesome!

This is a great place to stay. The owners have created a very cool place. The fact that it is so close to Bend is icing on the cake. We would stay here again.
