Tucked Away Retreat Site B

Tucked Away Retreat is quiet and peaceful yet 45 minutes from Portland. Located on 4 private acres, watch the deer wander through the property or the hawks float overhead. Bring your bikes and hit the Crown Zellerbach trail, or hike it instead. We are located approximately 0.8 mile from the trail. Visit Sauvie's Island, one of the largest inland islands in the United States. Paddle or kayak on Scappoose Bay, head up to the Trojan disc-golf course, or just relax on the lawn. We are also an easy drive from Vernonia, the Nehalem River and Big Eddy State Park. We offer two sites; Site B is on gravel on the upper drive. It is more private and has both sun and shade throughout the day. Site B will accommodate drive through camper vans, truck campers or small trailers; large trailers and/or RV's may not fit through the trees along the back curve of the driveway and might have to back in to Site B. Site B is backed by a small shop. The two sites are separated by trees. Please be aware that we are RV only, we have no outhouse, so we cannot accommodate tents or folks who want to sleep in their vehicle. We do not allow "shower" tents. Also please note that there is no cell service once you leave Highway 30; you have to have WiFi calling capabilities to use your cell phone.
