On the list of amenities offered for tent sites at this location are cooking options ( microwave, small burner , cooking pots / pans and utensils ) We did not bring our own stove, cups, pot, utensils believing that they were available at the campsite. Upon our arrival I was informed that the cooking options were only available for the cabin rental. We only stayed one night so it was not a big inconvenience, however the information on the website is misleading / inaccurate

Scott and Tina are so wonderful, I would have happily taken them with us!! They couldn’t do enough to make our stay so easy and enjoyable! The views are great, the food is fantastic, shop has all of the little things that you might need.

Can’t wait to come back. 😊

Had a top notch now of tortilla soup in the restaurant. Good tacos too. Super nice people, a beer on tap.

I did not realize it is mainly an RV park. For some reason I thought I would be camping in my tent in a more secluded spot.

What a great little oasis in the middle of nowhere. Had a delicious lunch in the cafe. The little store had a nice selection camping essentials, and some great non-essentials too. The cafe and store are super clean and reasonably priced. Tina, Scott, and Kristina were so friendly and accomodating. We were tent camping and it was extremely windy at The Narrows, so we ended up actually camping about 35 miles away, but it was very nice and convenient to have the showers, laundry, fuel, cafe, and store close by when/if needed. Overall great experience. We will definitely stop there next time we're in the area.

Nice place. Conveniently located next to Malheur National Wildlife Refuge and Steens Mountain. We dry camped in a 20’ trailer. The access to restrooms, which were very clean, was nice. The place had fuel, propane and a store. We definitely would consider coming back for a longer stay to access other places we didn’t have time for.
