This is a great neighborhood spot to park with full amenities just outside of Portland, while having immediate access to 34 wooded acres with walking path and .7 mi to the Springwater Trail for biking/running. Easy day trips that are ~30 minutes drive to Waterfalls along the Columbia River Gorge (Bridal Veil, Multnomah Falls) or under an hour to Mt. Hood for time in the snow

Fenced in backyard for any of your 4-legged friends to stretch. Gas fire pit, gas grill and patio table + lounge chairs are all open for sharing. Our previous homeowner had a trailer and set up this nice pad with built in hookups. We have grandparents with a 33' RV that come visit a few weekends a year, but we would love to share this corner of the woods with others looking for an accessible home base to access Portland/Mt. Hood/Gorge +.
Note: Our driveway entry is steep, but navigable. We limit the trailer/RV length in order to avoid bottoming out. Novice trailer drivers may want to avoid.
For quick bearings if you are booking while on the road, we are located just off 26 (Powell), 5 miles from I-205 or 11 miles from I-5 via the Ross Island Bridge. If you are traveling along I-84, we are 4 miles south from the exit.

Perfect for a van!
Lindsy is the sweetest host! We had a QUIET night's rest, and loved the park for our dog. Nice level spot, electrical and water, wifi, and even a private patio area with a firepit which we loved! Couldn't have had a better stay, and will do it again if we are back this way!
Host was great but location was not
The driveway was way to steep for us to pull down so we ended up parking on the street. The host was super friendly and very responsive. She put a long extention cord out for us so that we could still have power but then the next day she said the neighbors were uncomfortable with us being on the street and that she would let hipcamp know to refund our second night there. Over all the host was amazing just the parking spot was not which we didn't know about until after we booked the location.
Perfect spot- highly recommend!
This is a great spot! Lyndsy was a WONDERFUL host and went above and beyond to lending our kids toys during our short stay. The space is quiet, and the backyard with fireplace and comfy chairs is a cozy retreat to enjoy the view of the field and hills. We would HIGHLY recommend this to others!
Kind hosts in a quiet neighborhood
Space is a little tight to get into and has some slopes that may be difficult for some. But the hosts are super kind and very accommodating… and the neighborhood is nice and quiet.
Lyndsy was a great host and the space was amazing! It backs up to a beautiful park and conveniently located between the city and all the beauty that is just outside of the city.
Lyndsy and her family were welcoming and offered privacy. We took advantage of the 34 acre park behind their home for a morning run, which was a nice benefit of the spot. We would highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to visit the Portland area.
What a great host! Arrived later then planned and they met us outside with open arms. Helped us settle and hook up! We’ll b back… kids were super polite, quite and a real treat! Loved their park for walking and picked berries to our hearts content.
LOVED this site!!!👍🏼❤️
