Beautiful and great for dogs
We tent camped here last weekend and it was so beautiful, Rod showed us around and checked in on us through the weekend. Our dog loved running in the fields and playing with another dog that was there. We got to swim and fish and walk around the property. Hope to have a chance to go back in the future.

We did not stay here because the road was muddy, and when muddy is very slick and dangerous. We got stuck trying to get in but were able to get out with a lot of work. The host told me my money would be refunded but it has not been. The road into the camping area is fairly steep and rutted (from people like me trying to get out) so I would not recommend taking a rig of size into this site. Mine a camper van and could not make it. Sliding off the road could result in a roll over. I would be a lot more happy if my $s were refunded!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Wide open spaces, plenty of room for the dogs to run. Amazing setting that will not disappoint. Rod and Aimme made sure we had everything we needed. You will never want to go to another camping spot or RV ever again.
Peaceful quiet & serene. Loved watching the hillsides for Wildlife. You could not find any better hosts than Rod & Aimee!

Peaceful and perfect getaway
It was a beautiful scene. From thousands of stars at night to the sound of gentle breeze through the pines, our stay was peaceful and very enjoyable. There were acres to roam, walk and explore. The host checked on us to make sure we were enjoying our stay. He even brought us raspberries! We ended up staying an extra night.
The natural beauty of the place is amazing. It was an hour from Pendleton and an hour to Walla Walla wine country. It is a short drive to the gorgeous lakes and not to forget the blue mountains. The trails around were for all skill levels.
(Joke; Keep this place a secret! 🤪)
What is not to love about a beautiful ranch with in incredible views, a stunning landscape, and a more than gracious host. It’s a photographers dream day and night, and a sky full of stars! There are multiple ponds throughout the property to explore, and the frogs along their banks make awesome little noises as they jump to avoid your path. The lower pond was ripe with Large Mouth Bass fishing in the evening!
This place had so much more than we anticipated, and if we had any authority to vote for top HipCamps in the state we would… I would imagine it could easily be top 10.
