This quiet mountain property is just a short drive from Ashland, Oregon. Bordered on one side by BLM recreation land, it's just a short ride from Hyatt, Little Hyatt and Howard Prarie Lakes and close to amazing hiking trails including the famous Pacific Crest Trail. While conveniently located, the property is private with no neighbors in sight and removed from the main highway.

We have 3 separate drive-up tent campsites and a central, shared fire ring for grilling and picnic table. Greensprings Getaway is a perfect place for your local staycation or serene stop on a road trip. The Greensprings Inn is a short walk away, where you can get a hot breakfast or a burger from free-range cattle raised just up the road!

We're located within the Cascade-Siskiyou National Monument, the most biodoverse region in North America. Enjoy the rare array of wildflowers, birds, butterflies and more from your private campsite.

We are a growing homestead, focused on enjoying and preserving our rich natural environment. We generally go to bed early and wake with the sun. Camping here is a more quiet and private alternative to public campgrounds, with easy access to abundant outdoor recreation and added amenities. Due to the elevation, be prepared for cooler nights and possible snow showers Sept-June!

**Bring all your own camping and toiletry supplies - including TP - and remember to pack it out ;)

We really enjoyed Sasha's property. We stayed for 3 days and found it to be more private than a public campground. We used it as a base to hike locally (Hobart's bluff was recommended by Sasha which we did due to being short on time and it was beautiful, right next to Soda Mtn which was planned, can link to PCT), did a great wine tasting diwn at Irvine Roberts in Ashland, and went for a whole day to The Lava Beds National Monument (1.5 hrs away)- that was amazing!!! Then we packed up and headed to the Redwoods. Everything is as Sasha and previous reviews describes, and agree with a previous note that property is at 4600 ft, so we arrived late May after some snow and were prepared but it was chilly!

I really enjoyed this spot! I stayed for over a week and it worked beautifully as a base camp for going on hikes, going to the lake, or driving down the mountain to Ashland or other cities for the day. The little restaurant down the street is a tasty interlude to camp food. Sasha, the camp host, was super nice and helpful and I would definitely stay here again!

Her dog kept attacking my dog. She needs to say that animals are not allowed. It was not fun at all. Her dog is VIOLENT ! nothing less .

Greensprings Getaway was just what we were looking for. We stayed at campsite 2, which was closer to the road and Sasha’s cabin, but we still felt like we were in the middle of the forest. We booked the foraging tour and although it was still too early in the Spring to find a lot of goodies, Sasha was still very informative and walked us around the property teaching us about the different types of moss, trees, berries, and mushrooms. We would love to come back later in the spring when more items are in bloom.

Sasha was a great host! Very welcoming and friendly and very knowledgeable about farming. The spot to put your tent is very private, surrounded by trees. There are some ducks that wander around the farm which is fun. This is definitely a good camping spot if you want something more secluded. Make sure to bring fire wood!

Awesome homestead. Wish we could have stayed longer. Sasha was super responsive via text and kindly switched our campsite with more level parking when I told her we were sleeping in our van rather than in a tent. She gives great directions and instructions about making your way around the property. We actually didn't get to meet in person because we got in later and had to leave early, but were able to access water, the outhouse and the fire pit on our own. Super remote and a fabulous place to look at the stars.

Sasha met us when we arrived and gave us a short tour of her property. She was incredibly sweet and accommodating! We spent one night there and chose the #1 site. It was the furthest from the house and so we were definitely able to get some peace especially since we explored some of the property going toward Hyatt Lake. We had a great time and are excited to come back out again!
