This hidden gem is only 1/3 of a mile off the highway yet all you can hear is the flow of the water from Rock Creek which flows along the 2 acres. There is plenty of spots to toss your tent. Personally, I prefer the bank overlooking the stream. Cool your feet on a hot summer day in Rock Creek (the main attraction). Enjoy the evenings around the fire pit. Complimentary 2 bundles of firewood, BBQ, table, chairs to use are available. Did you know the coolest porta-party in the galaxy awaits your visit? Attractions: Spirit Mountain Casino is only 4 miles away, The Oregon coast is a 25 minute drive as well as plenty of vineyards. Also enjoy 100+ miles of hiking trails. The trail head is only 1 mile from camp. I'm available to answer any questions you have and look forward to your visit. We ask if the ground is wet you keep your car on the gravel driveway and not drive in the grass (causing ruts). Don't be a turd. Respect the Hideaway. If you plan on partying and/or staying up late around the campfire, don't book this. I have neighbors and respect them. Go do your party booking elsewhere, please. Lastly, if you are bringing dogs, you'll most likely get quite a bit of barking from the dogs to the east. I just want to be honest and warn you. Those east dogs don't like other dogs for some reason.

Site 1 - Rock Crick Acres: RV Hideout
Communication was great! We stayed here when we came to Grand Ronde for a concert at Spirit mountain, only about 4 miles away. It was nice to be tucked away in a secluded sanctuary away from the noise of the casino. There is an outhouse on the property which was perfect while tent camping. A short trail leads down to the creek for a tranquil place to meditate. We saw ducks floating down the creek, Stellars jays, crows, etc..lots of birds. There are dogs on the property next door that bark when they're outside...they wagged their tails while barking, so assume just being territorial. All in all it was a beautiful place to throw a tent down & relax a bit before the concert & to wake up in the morning to all the wonders that nature has to offer. Thanks for accommodating us last minute, Scott!

Super sweet little spot here right on the creek. Firewood available which is sooo nice, just be sure to heed the warning of bringing your own kindling and starter and probably a hatchet as well. Kids say 11/10 would recommend!

Weekend fallout shelter
After a failed attempt at Rainier, Scott's camp was great. He was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful stay although too short. Loved the creek!!!

Beautiful creek side spot!
We loved camping here in our travel trailer, beautiful property right on the creek. It was really accessible which was nice having the trailer. We saw lots of wildlife on/in the creek. Very relaxing to hangout by the water. The only con was the dogs next door but they stopped barking at us after a little while and then it was really quiet. We’ll definitely be back again!

Rock Crick Acres: Tent Hideout
10/10 Campsite and Host
So incredibly beautiful here, the dogs did bark as we arrived but were quiet through the night. The creek is super refreshing and if you just sit to watch the water you can see crawfish coming out from under the rocks. Would definitely love to stay here again if we pass through the area again. Scott was also an amazing host, spoke on the phone the day before our stay and he was really friendly, guiding us, recommending a hike nearby, and offering to give other recommendations as we continue our roadtrip.
