Just outside of busy Bend is this private setting in Tumalo. Location is right in the middle of any of the three cities surrounding it. Bend is 7 miles away, Sisters 15, and Redmond 13 miles. This is a small horse ranch, that is safe and secure for all travelers. Tumalo state park is a mere 3 miles away where in the summer you can take your inflatables and float down the beautiful Deschutes river, then pull out and find yourself within walking distance to The Bite for some delicious food cart grub and a beer. Maston and Juniper trail head are just 5 miles down the road for mountain biking, hiking, horse trails and open space to run your dogs. Just past this is Eagle Crest Resort if you want to get some golf in. Too many activities to list, Bend has it all. Mt. Bachlor 30 miles away Hoodoo 38 miles away The property is currently set up only for self contained vehicles. There is not one particular spot to park, but many. Many water spiquots and some electrical to charge batteries if needed. We can also provide indoor storage if you need to get those bikes/kayaks/etc off your vehicle for a break! Dogs are welcome on a leash but if ok’d by us are welcome to run free. We have horses that we don't want chased. There are other friendly dogs on the property. And if you need a night or two away from your precious pooch just ask and we may be able to accommodate . We must interview your dog first. I’m sorry we can not allow small children as their is the pond and electric wire in many locations on the property for the horses.

We booked this spot last minute! Andi was super nice and accommodating. Her horse farm was easy to find off of a main road. She has a very sweet and friendly dog as well as lots of horses. The location was great and super close to the cute downtown of Tumalo. Only a 12 minute drive into Bend. Very quiet and peaceful. We stayed in our 28’ airstream trailer with truck. There are a few spots available for same size or smaller rigs.

We extended our stay at River Ranch as the site was so wonderful! The horses greet you as you drive in and the views are amazing. Having the water and electric hook up made it easy. We look forward to coming back again.

I stayed in my 24ft class C RV. The site is beautiful, looking at pastures with horses. Her 2 dogs hung out quietly with me for awhile which I enjoyed. There is 15 amp power, I used a 15 to 30 amp dog bone to run my fridge and a 750 watt space heater at night. There is water. It was a very serene afternoon and evening. Perfect after a 300 mile drive! The site is not level so be prepared to level your rig. Overall a great place.
