Elizabeth and her sweet tuxedo cat welcomed us and were immediately kind and helpful. We had a private thick grassy spot with clean port a potty and water and table. Just right for a stop over!

Elizabeth was great. Super nice spot to be next to thousands of acres of open space, they’re super considerate and having a beautiful fire and camping there was great.
If we could rate it 100 we would! Such a great spot to spend the night in the middle of a long road trip. Elizabeth and Tom were amazing — their animals and land kept our kids occupied, along with a few special and unexpected games and fun. We will definitely be back.
We had a really fun overnight stay here. Would have stayed longer if schedule allowed for it. The hosts, Tom and Elizabeth, are wonderful people. My husband said he’d pick this place over a hotel in the area at any given time. Nice, quiet place and really clean portalet!
Pls the tool making with Tom - our kid had a very memorable one.
They are very accommodating people!
My daughter (5) and I had a wonderful experience at Horse Feathers Pony Ranch. On our drive over from Salem, OR it began to rain. When we arrived, the host had made accommodations under a hay barn to keep us out of the rain. This was a huge help, since it was just me and my daughter.
The next morning my daughter was able to help with feeding the horses and chickens. This is something we could not have experienced at a regular campsite.
Wonderful place to park our van while near Pendleton, Oregon. Hosts are friendly and helpful. The site is quiet and beautiful. We had everything we needed. Grateful for Elizabeth and Tom offering this wonderful Oasis.
Quiet, beautiful views! Just a few minutes from town. Clean out-potty. Different options for tent site. Kind hosts, efficient and helpful communicators. Horses to view. Great first hip-camp experience. Cons: the main flat tent site option was a nice area, but not private as host’s backyard was right in view. We opted to sleep in our van at alternative site which was more private plus closer to the potty.
Very friendly hosts, with lots of animals (horses, dogs, cats) that were fun to meet. I appreciate that they have a porta potty available, and a water hose right near the camping site. Be aware the property to the south has a strong floodlight on at night, so position your tent accordingly!
