Weekend/weekday get away with indoor and outdoor activities ! God's Promise Garden's RV spots include a 30' X 70' Grange type hall with some arcade style games, restroom with tub and shower, and kitchen. Rain or shine, get away for a refreshing time. The RV Garden Spot is situated by three gardens on our ranch: A heavenly scented and restful flower garden with hanging basket seats and swing; a peaceful rose garden with stream and fish pond complete with goldfish and koi; and a fruitful vegetable garden. In fair weather, enjoy moseying through our 13 acres of century old oaks, swinging in antique tree swings with amazing views, and picnicking in our private park or playing a round of 20-hole miniature golf. This is a working ranch with goats and nearby cattle. Therefore, we have livestock guard dogs whose job it is to bark at coyotes and let them know that they are not welcome on our property. Expect to hear the dogs warning potential predators to stay away, especially at night. Our ranch is located less than 30 minutes from the picturesque and historic cities of Silverton, and Mount Angel. Nearby nature attractions include Silver Falls State Park, The Oregon Gardens, Champoeg Park, Feyrer Park and many more. To the north you can enjoy the scenic town of Estacada and its many nearby city, county and state parks for boating, hiking, fishing, and site seeing. We are also a short, breath taking, hour and a half drive to either Hood River and Mount Hood recreational activities or the beautiful Oregon coast.

We loved it here! We even booked an extra might. Rachel was so kind and let our three year old help her feed the animals every evening. Plus she shared her fresh eggs with us! Very peaceful place with extra amenities in the additional building.
We had a great time camping on Bill and Rachel's property. The site is easy for a trailer or RV access with power and water close by. Rachel was
a gracious host and the fresh eggs for breakfast were quite a perk. We found lots to do in the area including antique shopping as well as hiking at Silver Falls state park where there are waterfalls galore. Lastly we enjoyed interacting with her goats and their protectors, Dauntless, Courageous and Valiant.
Wonderful place to stay, great views and a peaceful environment. Though I spent a decent amount of my stay visiting Portland, I still got to relax at the farm and felt right at home. The location is not too far from the city, so you can enjoy the best of both worlds if you are visiting the area.
Rachel is a very welcoming and generous host. We arrived kinda late on our first day so we arranged for a tour of their property the next morning. They’ve got beautiful flower gardens plus a vegetable garden that we were encouraged to help ourselves to. Plus a herd of goats, chickens (fresh eggs), beautiful grounds, and a great setting. And oh the blackberries! We stayed 4 nights with water and electric hookup and a convenient dump station. Just an hour from PDX which was great because our daughter met us for the weekend. A wonderful stay; we’d certainly go back if we’re in the area.
Rachel was so nice and welcoming when I arrived on her beautiful property. She gave me a few options of where I could set up with my Prius, and I ended up choosing a grassy spot further removed from the house and other campers. I had an amazing, peaceful time and woke up to the most beautiful sunrise. The next morning, Rachel was kind enough to give me a tour of the property, showing me all of the best viewpoints and letting me hang out with the goats. Definitely recommend this spot!
