We stopped at Julie's place on our way to Lake Tahoe. We were looking for a last-minute place to pitch a tent for the night. Julie was very accommodating and precise with the verbal directions. My connection was perfectly fine and Google maps took us straight there. We saw BABY GOATS and a BABY COW. They were adorable and we even got to pet them. We came off-season, so the snow has just melted and the ground was wet but we were able to find a nice location away from the farm but close enough to hear the dogs. They got quieter as the night got deeper. But if you are afraid of dogs or just can't stand barking then look for someplace else. Overall, it was a good experience.

We had an amazing time on Julie’s farm! Julie and her husband were both very welcoming and it was so interesting to learn more about the farm and the farm animals! The spot we chose was very private and the stars at night were absolutely stunning! We would recommend this place 100% and when we are ever back in this area we will definitely come again!!

Amazing & thoughtful host! This place is great--from the beautiful trees and spacious property to the goats & great host, I recommend this place. My only recommendation for campers is to bring warm clothes & camping gear because it gets cold at night.
We had a great stay after visiting crater lake. Julie was a wonderful host and the goats made for a lot of entertainment. Plenty of room for the camper van and spreading out. Don't forget to walk back to the old wagon tracks! Thanks Julie!
Julie was a very kind and hospitable host! We was a great communicator and made sure to meet us and show us around the farm when we arrived. We were greeted by her 2 large dogs and new puppy, then toured the farm to see her chickens and many goats! They were adorable. We only stayed one night in our van and she basically gave us choice of where we wanted to park. We had a porterpotty and fresh water available. She even let us use the shower and toiket in thr house if we wanted. Overall, it was a great experience!
Great little dairy farm with fun goats, chickens dogs, cats and more. Spaces for tents are scattered and no problem parking. Very nice host makes the stay enjoyable. A little rough around the edges but overall works great for camping stopover.
I loved meeting Julie! What fun it was seeing her baby goats and chickens! She was extremely helpful and very communicative. She truly cared about us as her campers and made us feel so welcome. We cannot wait to get back down to the farm to explore more of what bend had to offer and the Pauline lake area.
About the farm: it’s flat easy driving and well patrolled by her two anti-predator farm pups.
There are many goats and the sounds and smells to go along with (we didn’t mind it at all it smelled like a sweet clean farm). There are two roosters which we also have at our home....but some ear plugs maybe a great addition for those light late sleepers. We did camp right next to the goats and chickens so that was totally on us! She has plenty of acres to get some distance which we will do the next time but regardless it was incredibly enjoyable and comfortable.
