We loved the Hobit House! It was so warm and cosy, the skylight for looking up at the trees is wonderful and Heather and Nathan are just such warm and friendly people. The bathroom (you have your own) is a few steps away from the accommodation and is spacious and clean, the hot outdoor showers (shared) are amazing and it’s so great having another great view of the trees from the showers! We loved the property and how quiet and tucked away the accommodation is, we didn’t see or hear a soul during our two night stay. The animals are so cute and friendly too! If we’d had longer on our road trip we would have stayed a week or more
Super fun and unique
We had a fantastic stay here! Really appreciated the hospitality from the hosts and loved the property. Super fun to get to hang with the animals and play some of the yard games that were set up. The house itself was well secluded and the private bathroom / shower setup were great too. Thanks for having us!
Glamping at its finest!
Magical evening in the Hobbit House last night! Thoughtfully stocked and planned for comfort and fun. If your cell signal is weak in the area, call them from Bandon to let them know you are on your way to heck in. Do not miss the hike down to the creek below the Lotus house...next level AMAZING!!!
On a trip with multiple stops, the Hobbit House may’ve been our favorite! Heather and Nathan have lots of activities provided on the property and were great at accommodating any needs. We went on a short hike to the river, played cornhole and ladder golf, and went to meet the animals! The house is super cozy and has heated mattresses, which was a bonus. Bathroom and shower were amazing were also amazing.
Don’t hesitate- book now!!!
The Hobbit House was AMAZING. Heather and Nathan were fabulous hosts and the property is GORG! We made a fire, slept SO comfortably in the heated sheets (yes these exist and are amazing), and had so much fun with the horse and super friendly pig on their property. I would recommend this HipCamp location to ANYONE looking for the best glamping experience ever.
