Welcome to the gateway to the Umpqua National Forest. We are located about 8-10 minutes off I-5 and a short 15-20 minute drive from the National Forest where you can explore waterfalls, hiking, biking, rafting, fishing, and much more! Because we are just outside of the forest and also in a small logging town, you will hear logging trucks. Especially after the big fire this past summer. Here on the property we have tons of room to relax, enjoy a bonfire or BBQ. While you’re walking your dog (or yourself) you’ll find tons of fresh fruit and berries growing all over. Help yourself! We have a pond and when weather permits, there is paddle boat to enjoy on the water. The creek runs the full length of the property so if you enjoy the sound of running water, pull up a chair and relax. We have 2 restrooms. One is a brand new (very well kept) porta potty, and the other is an indoor restroom. We also have a HEATED outdoor shower facility, and a hand wash sink. This RV spot does have electric hook-up and you can fill your water tank as well. It is located in reach of the WiFi so those with a smart TVs or children doing online education, feel free to connect to our hi speed internet. We are very laid back here and always available to answer sight seeing questions, or to refer you to the best food in town. Just ask!  **NO CHECK IN AFTER 8PM**  Late arrivals are extremely disturbing to the guests that are already checked in and relaxing, or already in bed. Looking forward to your visit!

Kristen and Tad were very friendly, responsive and accommodating. The property was beautiful and we enjoyed feeling secluded even though other campers were nearby. They welcomed our dog onto the property and she loved every minute:) We will definitely return!

You've got a variety of ways to camp on Kristen's land. You can tent it, popup trailer or full electric RV it. All of the sites circle around a shaded lawn with space between sites. Sites have fire rings, chairs and a picnic tables. Lots of shade and place to relax.

Kristen was super helpful as our arrival day was delayed due to trailer trouble and then helped us with a ride to the shop to pick up the truck. Located along the 138 you can easily go into the forrest to see lakes, go fish, waterfalls and the river in an hours drive. Also close enough to town you can drive in for supplies or a bite to eat

Worth a stay if you are in the area.

Very nice hosts. Honestly except for the arrival night it was extremely rainy so we really didn’t get to enjoy the property. Wind storm made us lose power and hosts were very quick to keep us posted on status which was great. It was difficult to get our 42 ft trailer out but that’s just for whomever might have that size. No ones fault.

Amazing property with a ton of fun activities for the kids. The hosts were so quick to respond to questions and were so patient. We had 3 dogs and 6 kids between two trailers and had a blast! Quick trip to the safari nearby too and a state park. Cannot wait to come back!

We were instantly welcomed and greeted as we pulled in. Everything was clearly explained to us. They were very prompt in answering messages. The outdoor shower had hot water-you couldn't linger as the tank is small, but I enjoyed a hot shower after our hike. The indoor bathroom was close to the site. Roseburg wasn't a far drive if we needed anything. I was very pleased with our trip.
