Easy walk down to the river. One site includes a fire-ring, another includes a building with a concrete floor and a wood-burning stove, and an outhouse with a flush toilet connected to a septic system. The toilet tank does have to be filled manually from water containers (provided). You can use the wifi signal down the hill at our home place to check email, etc., but the signal doesn't reach up to these sites.

Angel and Cole are THE BEST!!! We had a lovely stay at the fire pit site. Very secluded, quiet, and private. The outhouse is clean, well-maintained, and not at all stinky! Goatlandia is a must-see, and the creek is just right for a hot afternoon dip! We look forward to our next stay!
Angel & Cole were very accommodating and assured we had everything we needed. They met us on arrival and checked in once via text. The camping area was quiet and beautifully wooded.
We had a great time camping with our baby for his first trip. The location was nicely situated, not too far a drive from the coast and close to the forest. Angel and Cole were very friendly and accommodating. We would highly recommend their property!
Kids loved every minute
We really loved our time at Angel and Cole’s land! We camped by their guest house and they graciously let us use the restroom inside it. There was also a total bonus experience with the goats right by the guesthouse. Cole asked us if we would be ok with the goats there (we were!) and allowed our two kids to feed them. The kids loved the goats and they were not at all an issue or disturbance at night. Angel and Cole were super communicative and very hospitable. They even offered to take us on a walk so that we could see the river spots that would be accessible to us if we wanted to play on the river. Incredibly kind folks and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. We felt safe and secure there.
