It's very private, 2 campsites are spread out on 4 acres of grass, and a 3rd site with a seasonal trailer. Sunrise and sunset views are incredible. Deer are regular visitors to the area and several hawks can be seen on the hunt.
We are a short drive to Guelph Lake, the Elora Gorge, Guelph to Goderich rail trail, and a 25-minute drive to St Jacob's farmers market. And a 1.4 km walk to a small country market and bakery. A great site for families that you can call home and plan day trips around the area, or hang out at the campsite. Firewood is available for purchase on-site. Please note: the toilet is unavailable after Labour Day weekend. It will return in early-June next year.

I went with my family to camp at starry nights and we had the best experience! This is our first camping in Canada so we really wanted this to be a good experience but never thought it would be the best outdoor experience ever. The availability of toilet, water, and fire wood made the stay even better. The campsite is secluded and as a family we enjoyed every single activity we did at the camp. Will we book starry night again...? Hell yeah! ☺️☺️
Great sites! Both have convenient access to power, huge area(s) with lots of space but also private at the same time, having the train(s) go by every so often makes it a unique experience. Jason responds quickly to any questions you may have. We will definitely be returning.
Easily accessible camping
Jason was super responsive and timely, I really appreciated the clear communication. There was ample space and the site was simple to get to - we appreciated having some trees about to offer shade. It's to be expected when you're camping, but be sure to bring a few different kinds of anti-mosquito tools; also recommend bringing a grill if you would like to cook on the fire.
I would 100% recommend this site. :)
What a wonderful place.
The sight was all we could have asked for and more, with plenty of space and ample amount of firewood that was readily accessible this site was a dream come true.
With ample space for washer toss, and bocce ball. A beautiful view at night, and just incredibly peaceful.
Long I think are the days of the provincial park as long as Starry Nights is an option.
