Amazing views

Hipcampers say this spot has amazing views.

To be clear there are hydro lines visible and you can here traffic going by. But traffic stops and the hydro lines disappear. Keeping privacy in mind ,I am offering 2 separate sites for the same party at $ 95.a night. If you are looking for a site with a view , keep reading. We have tree tents available .This is north frontenac dark sky region for star gazing. There are three levels to walk the trails around each with its own views. The view will amaze from sunrise to sunset. See the birds from above. If you're lucky the osprey will be hunting, it's impressive. There is a nice ( Sand ) public beach and licensed restaurant within 5 Minutes Don't like sleeping on the ground, try a tree tent hammock. North Frontenac dark skies viewing area is a 5-minute drive east. Bon Echo Provinal Park is 10 minutes north. Or you can hike or bike around. The fishing is always exciting. You can just pick a hammock and hang, there are 3 bodies of water viewable on the main level. Sunsets over Marble lake and rises over Georgia lake, it's gorgeous.The view will amaze from sunrise to sunset! Try the fishing, or you can just pick a hammock and hang. See the birds from above. Don't like sleeping on the ground, try a tree tent or maybe you're a pod person. North Frontenac dark skies viewing area is a 5-minute drive east. Bon Echo Provincial Park is 10 minutes north. You can hike or bike around. There is a public beach and licensed restaurant within 5 Minutes. There is a kayak available for use(with life jackets)and a 12 ft aluminum fishing boat(fishing gear available)as well. Horseshoes and Badminton equipment is available. Beautiful spot with an amazing view. Great for getting away and close by to public beach / lake. Jim is a great and attentive host. Definitely recommend this location!

Lovely views from up high

Happy to be the first person to stay on one of these campsites & give a transparent view for folks as to what to expect should you choose to stay on James' lovely property! Great time! The host: James was very nice in chatting leading up to the date. He was able to prepare some things as well. He was kind & patient & gave great directions. He made suggestions on places to check out nearby & was amazing at chopping up firewood & gathering potable water. Available by text should we need anything. Lives on the property in a trailer not far from the sites & has a male dog which he kept on leash. The place: There is steep-ish driveway leading to the property from the main road where there is regular road traffic. Very short walk from where you park your car to where the campsites are. First thing you will notice is gorgeous views over the lakes on two sides. Hammocks and picnic tables galore! Three campsites quite close to one another. You would want to ideally be the only ones staying here or stay on multiple sites with friends/ family. Each site has a firepit and room to set up a tent (or two if on the larger site). He's improving sites as you go so msg for the latest features 🙂 . A clean outhouse to use down a path a perfect distance from the sites. The ground is a light dirt so prep to get dirty! Had a nice stay and look forward to being back.
