73 acres hosted by Vanessa M.
This lot has been in my family since awarded from council to my Great Grandfather Peter Sylvester. Passed down through generations, that legacy will continue. Identified on our maps as Lot 17, concession 10. Known to many as Little Sand Bay, as identified on modern maps. The land is owned by Vanessa (Sylvester) Monague-McCue. It is 73.25 acres of forested land with trails, with 1000 feet of water front, which is where all the campsites are. It is well known with the power boating community. Easily accessed by boat. UPDATE on road to lot. It has become unpassable due to wash out storm damage. The trail down hill to camp site area is compromised as well. Safety is critical, especially in remote locations.
