The setting is natural regeneration growth with some lawn, some open field, and some forested areas that are easily accessible on foot. There is a log cabin on site where your host stays. There are many wild animals and birds living and wandering through the grounds. A short walk down the road brings you to a rail trail for biking, hiking, or skiing in winter. 15 minutes by car takes you to a beach on the St. Lawrence River. Amenities within a five-minute drive. There is a fire pit for cooking on or for small campfires at night.
