We are nestled between the Washita River and Rt. 66, a few doors down from the oldest Native American trading post on the Rt. (Mohawk Lodge).

Upon entering the property, you’ll find the century-old Essary Dairy Barn, featured on the cover of “Life” Magazine in 1935. This is the hub of Wooster’s organic, regenerative gardening operation.

This 1960’s camper has been lovingly restored to its days of hippie happiness and comfort. You’ll have a propane oven and cooktop, working sink, dinette, and sofa that folds down into a bed. You’ll find the kitchen equipped with your basic necessities and a working fridge. The camper is cooled with a new air conditioner.

For toilet usage, you’ll see an outhouse (with composting toilet) to the south of the barn and camper, overlooking the River valley below.

Goats will greet you from the east with the sunrise each morning, and while you’ll have complete privacy you’ll likely see Wooster out working in the garden or attending to a natural building project.

There are warblers, eagles, bunnies, and sometimes white tail deer to spot.

We look forward to welcoming you. Please message with any questions.
