Come get away and enjoy 30 acres of space and solitude. We have beautiful views of the surrounding valley where our sites are secluded and private, it is the perfect place to break away from the daily grind. Fall a sleep gazing up at the stars and wake up peacefully to the sound of native bird songs. History surrounds you, located between the "Twin mounds " ( Battle of Round Mountain Nov. 19, 1861) our campsite is the highest elevation in Payne county and part of local historic lore including a possible burried cival war treasure! Most of the land is rolling natural prairie grasses and evergreen cedars. We are a great location if you enjoy hunkering down for the day or hiking around. We have lots of foraging species throughout the year and you can even find some ancient seabed fossils in places throughout the property. Each individual site is unique and has plenty of character along with space to play, spread out, and relax. We welcome all pets! Large groups and family outings are also welcome. Our campsite is open through out the year, same day bookings or extended stays-Whatever your schedule we would be happy to have you. See you soon in the great Outdoors! *******[Good cell phone coverage for all the main providers at most locations on the property. 10 minute drive to the historic ghost town of Ingalls known for the infamous Dalton Gang Outlaws and their 1893 showdown with Sherifs. 20 minute drive to the historic Oklahoma State University land grant college. For roadtrippers passing through Oklahoma we offer easy access to main state highways and plenty of secure places to park and sleep for the night. Access to I -35 (30 mins), access to I-40 (60 mins). We are located between Tulsa and Stillwater on Highway 51]

I liked this place a lot because it's still very natural and untouched besides for some mowed grass pathways that make it easy to get around. The host are also very nice and helpful.

Had a great time tent camping at Sky Valley! There's a nice view, plenty of trails to check out, and they provided firewood and yard games. They said they're adding bathrooms and showers too. Will definitely be back.

Another great experience. Perfect this year and hopefully next year for those cold winter months when a warm front sneaks up to this great spot to spend the weekend. Sorry for my run on sentence! Anyways book now if there's an availability. Won't be long before this place is fully booked. Thanks to our wonderful hosts!

Sky Valley Acres has lots of room to roam for your camp out. Great fire ring, picnic tables are a plus. Acreage was fun for all ages to hike around. Sites are private, large, clean and grassy for tent camping. Views of the rolling prairie is a nice extra factor. Ash is very accommodating and communicates quick when you have questions. Highly recommended hipcamp!

This place was exactly what we were looking for. Trying to escape the cold of the midwest, we found this little gem not knowing what to expect. It was a great place to let our dogs roam. Ash and his wife went above and beyond hosting us! A beautiful property with privacy, breathtaking views, and woodsy trails. It was super easy to find and Ash answered every little question we had! We are super excited to go back soon!!!! 💜

Very nice property. The campsites were in good condition and easy to pitch a tent on. Good ground for stakes. The provided fire pits were awesome for wind protection and for cooking because of the racks and walls. The view from site 3 where I stayed was splendid especially in the mornings. The walking trails were well kept beautiful. The mini canyon is pretty cool too. Check this place out!
