Bring your tents or your hammocks! This is great location for using hammocks due to the spacing of the trees.  The owners favorite location so far! We provide a fire ring for your convenience. This site is fantastic if you love the sound of the wind blowing through the pines trees.

It will get nice and dark in the woods. Bring a flashlight or even better some battery or solar powered fairy lights to add a beautiful glow to your area.

Be certain to bring blankets if temperatures will be cool, especially in the evening.

The terrain is rolling with several established trails for hiking, running, or mountain biking if you bring those. Hocking Hills State Park, Ash Cave, Vinton Furnace State Forest, Zaleski State Forest all in the area. Lots of wildlife in the area such deer, woodpeckers, and bobcat. No hunting allowed.

We arrived after dark due to a mishap with another camp ground.
Jim was very kind and helped to guide us to the camp site since we had difficulty navigating in the dark.
The site itself is great, perfect for hammocks. There is plenty of fallen and dead trees around to source fire wood. It is very quiet and all the sites are well spaced so you have privacy.
The property is large with lots to explore. It is far enough out of the city that you can enjoy the full camping experience, but close enough to some stores so you can pick up any supplies you might need.
Would book again!
