Super secluded camping. I love that there was a table and firewood there already. Really nice trails to walk on and hosts were very friendly/helpful! I would stay again ☺️

Chad and Elizabeth are really nice and have a lovely property. The site is beautiful and well secluded. The trees make a great canopy and offer plenty of shade. You feel like you are miles away from civilization despite being right off of a busy state route, which you can still hear pretty clearly.

We loved staying at the McIntosh Pines. The kids had sooo much fun on their first camping trip. The site is very secluded, quiet and clean. It was very relaxing knowing we won't disturb anyone or be disturbed. I would highly recommend visiting!! The veiw of the Licking River is wonderful.

Very nice place to just relax. Nothing but trees a creek and a meadow. I was mountain biking at Alum Creek and wanted something near to relax after a ride. I stayed at alum creek state park a couple weeks ago . I really needed something less crowded and this fit the bill.

Beautiful camping spot! The spot is surrounded by woods and a creek runs along behind it. The spot sits atop a hill so you can do some pretty neat exploring if you’re okay with some climbing/walking up and down a hill. The site had plenty of firewood for us-we purchased two bundles ahead of time and brought some with us as well, but they have the wood pile stocked with more than enough wood and a lock box if you need to purchase more. There is a fun loop to walk up at the site. If you anticipate rainy weather you will definitely want rain/waterproof boots as it is a fairly muddy site. Our kids had a lot of fun squishing around in it though! We had a lot of rain before and during our stay so the drive back was extremely muddy, and would not have been doable if we hadn’t had 4 wheel drive. The hosts do have a tractor and were more than willing to help us take everything back to the site if we hadn’t wanted to make the drive back in the mud. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive as well. We would definitely like to try this site out again when we have some warmer, dryer, weather!

Great location and cool views. The stream can be heard from the campsite which is cool. Great layout of the campsite as well.
