When it says secluded, it means secluded! It was beautiful with cows in the distance to keep me company. Clean and we'll built outhouse and deck for the pond! It was amazing and the host was fantastic, loaded me up with plenty of firewood and helped me out in a pinch. I will absolutely be camping there every time I pass through the area.

I stayed at Adam's second property, which is not yet listed separately on hipcamp, but is similar to this listing. It was the perfect spot for my work trip and weekend getaway combo. It's comfortable yet rustic, no frills, just the basics. Clean and well maintained. A great spot for a solo trip or gathering with friends or family. The only suggestion I have is to add a picnic table.

Tip: the grass was very wet from dew/fog when I visited in mid September - if your tent doesn't already have a tarp bottom, definitely bring a tarp to put underneath!

This site is lovely and Adam is great! He was quick to greet us and even went out of his way to help us bring our gear to site. The clearing by lake is well maintained, with privacy and shade. The paths are a relaxing walk, and we enjoyed sitting on the dock and playing board games in the gazebo. Provided firepit and grilling grate were also appreciated! Overall an excellent experience, we plan on a third visit next year!

Great communication from the start. Adam meet me on-site to help get me situated. Which was very much appreciated. The camp site was exactly what I needed. Peaceful and surrounded by nature. Woke up to 9 deer next to my campsite. What a great way to start your day.

Our family had a great time at this campsite. There are clearly marked trails for hiking, our kids loved fishing and swimming in the pond, and Adam was very helpful anytime we needed anything. We hope to go back and explore more of trails in the future!

What a great spot. It had all the things we were looking for. A nice shaded campsite with a fire pit. A beautiful pond with a dock and pavilion for swimming and fishing. My son really loved being able to take a boat out and fish from it. There are also well maintained hiking trails that we explored as well. Adam was great and met us as we came in. It’s a bit of a walk to the camp so pack accordingly. Highly recommend.

Very serene experience for the outdoorsy but not full on rustic person, a good mix of both. Extremely private set up with fun trails and super fast catching fish. Owner was very helpful and extremely friendly.
