My family and I had a great time staying here! The area is very nice and we enjoyed relaxing by the pond. The pavilion is really impressive and the tables and chairs make it very easy to sit back and relax. The outhouse is the nicest and cleanest I've ever seen. We caught a few fish from the dock and paddled out onto the pond as well. The site is secluded and has a private feel to it. There is a rental cabin in the vicinity and we did interact with those guests down by the pond who were friendly. It is a bit of a walk from the parking area to the campsite so plan accordingly if you have bulky gear or are camping with young kids who can't carry much of their stuff. We really enjoyed exploring the trails on the property and having a campfire at night by the pond. I recommend staying here!

Adam was so helpful!! He helped with directions into town, getting gas, and always making sure we had enough firewood. We loved the pavilion and spent most of our time in the pond.

The owner Adam has done an incredible job of accommodating with a very nice outhouse and covered area by the pond. Very impressed with all he had done to prepare for our arrival. Even had different choices of boats, a kayak, and a canoe that we were able to use along with a few fishing poles!

It was a wonderful property! It felt close to nature and the boats were a great addition! Good hiking and we even got to see a few box turtles! The campsite by the pond felt very private and there were even a few more tucked away campsites further into the forest! It was wonderful watching the incredible amount of fireflies as it got dark! Adam was a great host even though we had some difficulty with getting a hold of him.

We had a wonderful 4th of July weekend here! Our two little boys couldn’t get enough of the swimming pond, with its dock to jump off of and its many fish to spy on. Also there are tons of great hiking trails all across the property. Something to be aware of is that the lake shelter is a shared space and a little small to share with others groups and still maintain social distancing, but we had a great time meeting and hanging out with the other couple staying on property for the weekend.

Very tidy farm. Very secluded camping. If you're looking for privacy, this is the place. The pond is very clean for swimming. Adam supplied firewood. Outhouse very clean. Plenty of hiking trails. Hocking Hills is about 45 mins away.
