We stayed at site 1, would absolutely recommend! Kelli was attentive to our needs and brought us more firewood. We have a lovely stay in the quiet woods
Upon arriving to the secluded base camp, we were greeted with Kelli’s house made muffins and a wagon for our gear. The short walk to our site was pleasant and site was scenic the whole way through. Lots of seclusion and necessary camping supplies were waiting for us at our site. Plenty of room and trails for dogs to enjoy ❤️ We loved our stay at Kelli’s place!
I loved how private this campsite was even though close to the road! There were very few cars that drove by so it wasn’t a bother at all- we stayed at campsite #3. There was room for our suv and trailer and also a more wooded area for our tent! Kelli was very quick at responding and helped with anything we needed! She even left us firewood. The farm eggs were also really good - definitely recommend and would like to check out the other campsites sometime.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The area is well maintened and all 3 spots seemed very nice. We had site #2 and it included some nice benches and a table. Kelli was a great host and left a wagon to make our trip back to the site from the parking area even easier. The drive from Cincinnati is also very scenic if you’re coming from that direction. Altogether, great host and great property.
This campsite was secluded and a great place to get away. Kelli was helpful when I had trouble finding the place and offered suggestions about local trails to check out.
Camping here was a really neat experience. There are several campsites that you can reach from the trails that are far enough to be secluded but not too far of a walk. Kelli was very helpful and kind, she also provided a cart to help get our stuff to the campsite and several pieces of firewood at the entrance. I also noticed there are small LED light/lanterns hanging up in case someone needs to use use them!
Very private site and not too far of a walk from your parked car. You can hear lots of wildlife at night, I took my two year old and dog and we had a blast

Great site! We had to leave because of a storm but we will definitely come back. There are just two sites and they are spaced far apart so we only saw the other people a few times. It says there is stream to bathe in so we brought water shoes and towels and stuff but it was dry just ankle deep mud so my son was disappointed in that lol but probably in springtime there is water there. She provided some starter firewood, a canopy, chairs and a wagon to carry the stuff back which was super helpful. The site is close to Clifton gorge and John Bryan and downtown yellow springs so a lot to do in the area. We are already planning to come back.

We enjoyed our two nights at Kelli’s primitive campsite. Probably not ideal for rooftop tent campers like us, but sleeping at the parking site while setting up cooking and hanging back in the woods was pretty great. We used the canopy and chairs they keep at one of the sites, so we didn’t have to haul our own. The wagon Kelli left for campers was really a great idea — other hosts should do this!
The parking area is right on the road, but we probably saw about the same number of pedestrians (three) as cars. Kelli and her dog were two of them. She was very responsive and friendly.
