Small creek near residential area. Choice of wide open spaces, partial or full shade spots available. Short walking trail along the creek line is maintained. 'Rocky Cross' Geocach nearby. Please be aware that if we have had a lot of rain, the creek side spots may be too wet and difficult to get back up the hill with the wet grass. If this is the case, we do have the gravel barn driveway that can accommodate your stay. The barn drive offers a view of the creek area about 100 feet away. WiFi covering the entire camp and all cellular carriers work great here. 30 Amp electrical in all spots. Water available in select locations.
The creek side patio common area project is complete! Additional photos forthcoming!
!! NOTE !! You must have a self contained RV with on board restroom facilities. No tent camping available. Plenty of room for tow vehicle at your camp site.
ATTENTION Class A RVs that are towing without the ability to back. *If* it is too wet to access the creek side spots, we can still accommodate your stay in the nearby barn driveway but if you are unable to back up with the 'toad' then a detach will be required. Again, this is only if it is too wet to access the creek side camp spots.

Our hosts were so welcoming and kind. The land is beautiful. It was our kids' favorite camping spot but it may have been partly due to the fact that Curtis and Michelle's grandsons were so fun to play with in the creek. It was also a bonus to have electric and water hook-ups.
Curtis and Michelle were kind and made us feel comfortable. The campground was the best of both worlds - up against a creek with natural beauty, plus wifi and electricity. Great spot for kids with everything we needed on site.
Loved rocky run!
Rocky Run was an awesome stop for our family on our way from PA to CO. Only about 12 mins. from I 70 in the middle of beautiful farm country. Curtis & Michelle were awesome hosts! Very nice and helpful!! Our site was gorgeous, right next to a peaceful creek with convenient hookups. We would definitely stay here again! 👍
The campsite is beautiful especially with the creek and patio/firepit! To have the amenities of electric, water and wifi, it just topped it off. There is pretty constant road noise, but you can't see it and there is nothing that can be done about it. Just enjoy everything else about this campsite. The property is close to town and you can stop in at the friendly local brewery.
Great spot to stop
We met Curtis upon arrival. Super nice, friendly host. He made sure that we had what we needed. Told us a bit about himself and his property. The property was beautiful. Somewhat steep driveway, which we parked in because it had recently been raining. However, we have a two wheel drive Chevy Silverado and it pulled the camper out just fine. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.
Super friendly and helpful hosts!!!
Curtis and Michelle were INCREDIBLE!!! So very welcoming and helpful! Their property is beautiful and I had a wonderful stay! I would highly recommend a stay at Camp Rocky Run if you’re in the area!
