New Addition to the Farm! Our safari platform tent is surrounded by our blueberry patch on one side and the crop field on the other sides. A new addition to our farm its sure to be your favorite. Overlooking our farm field it is the perfect setting for the evening to enjoy the stars and listen to the quiet sounds of nature. The deer are always coming out from the trees close to the tent for their evening meal.
Inside you will find a Queen size bed, a small bistro table with 2 chairs for dinning, bed linens are provided. Fire ring for cooking as well as a small weber grill. Bathrooms are located in the barn just 200 yds from the tent. 20 min north is Mt. Vernon, Ohio a quaint little town with lots of history. If you enjoy kayaking the Kokosing river is nearby as well as Alum Creek state park. We offer many additional services such as Bundles of wood, Homemade Pectin free jam made here on our farm , jam making class, and breakfast just to name a few.
Bloomfield Meadows is a berry farm using all natural process to grow our berries and fruit. Make sure to ask for a tour while your here.

The stay was amazing! Jeff and Lisa are extremely kind and welcoming. The tent/bed were beautifully prepared and the entire property was just stunning. 10/10 from us! Would absolutely recommend and hope to be back soon!
One of our favorite adventures yet! Lisa is super down to earth and takes pride in her gorgeous farm. We had a wonderful anniversary stay and the safari tent was so adorable. It was a hot one so we explored the area most of the day and used our battery powered fan at night. We had a perfect view of the full moon at the fire ring next to the soybean field. We also added on a basket of jams, firewood, and breakfast parfaits. Everything was delicious! The bathrooms were clean and convenient and we checked out the pond and other cabins while they were empty. There's lots to see within 10/15 minutes of the farm and great restaurants. We have already given a few friends and family members the info they requested to stay here. The safari tent is definitely one of a kind and super cozy. We had a great night's rest, the bed and bedding were comfy and clean. Thank you for having us!
