What a magical place to be! My partner and I spent the weekend there with our two year old labradoodle and there was more than enough space for her to explore yet still stay close! We felt like we were in our own little world and it was perfect. The hike from car to camp is definitely something to plan for. Bring a wagon or pack lite!

Beautiful! Private and relaxing! Perfect getaway! Bill used great communication and knowledge of local businesses was a plus .Thank you for letting us know about the store close by , came In handy for a few extras we needed. Hope to see this beautiful place again!
The campsite was lovely! Bill had dry seasoned firewood ready for us. The trek back to the campsite was a little more than expected, but were glad we had kids and a tote with wheels to help carry our stuff back! Ha ha (but well worth it.) Very quiet area tucked back into the woods, wish we would have been able to enjoy it longer.
Great site. Had a great time with with zero issues.
This spot was so lovely. Private enough to feel like you’re out in the wilderness and close enough to town to get any additional supplies as needed! The perfect blend of away from it all but not too far in case of emergencies.
The campsite was well maintained, easy to find and access, and even the walk (about 500ft so pack accordingly!) was scenic.
I stayed during a rainy and colder weekend and Bill was kind enough to make sure I had dry wood. Even with the rain and chill, the place was absolutely gorgeous, the rain didn’t pool anywhere and the lean to and outhouse were dry the while time!
I loved exploring the trails beyond the campsite and loved the beech grove. Highly recommend, will be back!
We took our four kids and their two friends and two dogs and had an absolute great time. Very private and nestled in a small valley. No houses visible from the campsite. Bill had the campsite groomed with nice gravel in the camp area making it clean and comfortable. He had two great stacks of firewood already in place, and awesome shelter lean to that used and was quite comfortable. We had two tents set up, and 8 man and a 4 man that fit nicely. He also had a large round table and an outhouse that made it very convenient. We enjoyed hiking the short trails that were groomed as well. Drawback, the campsite is a good ways, my opinion about 1/4ish from the parking area and the parking area is uphill from the camping site. If you have a lot of gear, prepare for some up and downhill cardio. Also, if rain has recently passed or is in the forecast during either your pack in or pack out, be prepared to have some slippery and sliding. We had a very hard time, very muddy, and very messy pack out of the campsite. Most of the group slipped, fell, got all muddy as packing gear up the hill back to our vehicles. Other than the pack in and muddy pack out, absolutely loved the camp site. Very private and great set up. Thank you Bill!
