There's 9 acres of land with 700 feet of Missouri River access. There's an area that is designated for a camper, and the area around the road onto the property can be used for camping as well. The area that is level and drivable can be used. There's a natural small bay with shallow water that dogs and people can swim in; the hill from the land down to the water is steep and there's no steps or deck, it's all natural. You can see from the picture that it's a large area with only one home to the south and no homes to the North.
