We stayed at campsite number 2 and absolutely loved it! It was very private and right on the water. We could hear beavers playing in the water and there were lots of birds singing. There was a nice table and a fire pit as well.
Communication with John couldn't have been easier, he's a great host. We'll be back!

We were looking for a place without traffic or noise from neighborhoods. John's place is the Is perfect spot for us. We enjoyed our stay at the wooded Camping and Stocked Pond. My wife and I are working on our next trip to John's place. Thanks John

Perfect camping spot! John met us right away, showed us where to set up, and was available for any questions. It felt very private and our dog loved running around!
This was our first Hipcamp stay, and it definitely set the bar high. We were at site #2, which was really private and serene. We had a gorgeous view and plenty of space (we had 2 adults, 3 kids, and 2 dogs). John was very welcoming; he sent clear written directions to the site, checked in on us via text the first night and in person the following day, and answered our questions quickly. Otherwise, he left us alone to enjoy the weekend; from our site you would never know anyone else was there! The property is well-maintained and there is a stocked pond which was fun to fish. We had a blast and would highly recommend this site to anyone!
