Take a swim or fish in the river, or bring your kayak--a public access with kayak put-in is located directly across the river from the campsite. Visit 3 wineries within 5 minutes of the site (Hidden Vineyard, Stony Knoll Vineyard, Haze Gray Vineyard) or venture a little farther for over 40 wineries in the Yadkin-Valley region! Less than 5 minutes away you can enjoy The Farm where they offer fresh produce and fun activities for children and families! Dock Southern Farms is only a few minutes down the road for fun activities for the family and amazing apple cider! Rest and relaxation!
Nice spot for those who like to rough it like I do. It's a peaceful as it can be even though you are right across from a public access to the Fisher River. No one bothered us for the 2 nights we were there. After 8 pm it gets really quiet except random road noise. We had a beautiful clear weekend. The stars were fantastic. Hannah is a wonderful host. Even though she was away for the weekend she was very prompt and very helpful.with replies. The site was clean and well maintained.

Awesome stay!!
We had a wonderful weekend camping next to the river! Hannah was great and quick to respond to our questions. Highly recommend this beautiful spot! We will be back.
