We enjoyed Pondside Single very much. The site was quiet, level, private, well equipped (power, WiFi, trash receptacle, picnic table, firepit, etc) and Karen was an outstanding host. The pond was quite lovely and the otter, and various wildlife, provided free entertainment. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
Picturesque, peaceful, private …. And wi-fi!! Easy access to breweries, Asheville. Karen stopped by to introduce herself as she was leaving and made us feel like we were staying at the place of a friend who had thoughtfully rolled out the red carpet for us. Highly recommended!!

We loved staying at single pond side, this was our first experience camping with a trailer and we couldn't be happier.
The site is large and yet feels very homey and Karen was an amazing host.
We will definitely be back
Karen is a great host, friendly, helpful, responsive. We have a 32ft rig and tow a jeep. We had plenty of room. It is. Private spot with a little road noise that didn't bother us. We really enjoyed listening to the frog choir at night. There was room to walk our 2 dogs around. There is an Ingles right around the corner. We were able to dump tanks at the KOA that's just a few miles away for a $20 fee. It's close enough to everything you want to do in the area. Thanks Karen, We will definitely be back!

Karen was a warm and extremely accommodating host, we loved both her and her land! She had great recommendations. The pond was perfect for our dog to cool off and this location was so close to hikes and the heart of downtown Asheville. Looking forward to booking here again next time we’re in Asheville!
Just a wonderful spot. Good electrical hookup, quiet spot, great view. WiFi was a lovely bonus and Karen is such an accommodating host. She went out of her way to accommodate us.
Lovely quiet spot on a beautiful pond. The site was easy to find with easy access. Great location: short distance to Black Mountain, Montreat, and Asheville. We come to this area often and will definitely be back!

Stay in the mountains without fear of large inclines or windy roads. This easy to get to camp is 10 minutes off the highway and easy to find. The large stone drive is easy enough for even the largest rigs to turnaround and back into the spot. 50/30 amp hookups and blazing fast wifi made our stay even more comfortable and we were able to get some work done. Road noise was minimal and the stars were plentiful. Highly recommend staying here for a long weekend just to enjoy nature.

We really enjoyed our week long stay at Pondside!!!
