A private, secluded, and safe back yard for vehicles in the heart of Charlotte’s art district NoDa! Camp under a certified Treasure Tree, build a fire in the fire pit, or walk to all the bars and restaurants NoDa has to offer! Pets are allowed. You will have total privacy during your stay, and we will provide a lock and key for the fence gate. Water and electric are provided, but at this time currently no access to a toilet, but we hope to soon have one available in the 1971 camper parked in the back yard.The site is located in the back yard of a 120 year old home in the heart of Charlotte’s art district NoDa. Some of the best restaurants, music venues, and bars are within 3 blocks of this campsite! Walk back to the site to camp under one of the largest Green Ash trees in the state, make s’mores over the fire pit, and listen to the neighborhood owls. You will have total privacy during your stay, and we will provide a lock and key for the fence gate. Water and electric are provided, but at this time a toilet is not.

NoDa Backyard Oasis

Excellent Location

If you love Noda, you will love Tyler’s place. If you have never been to Noda, you need to go. It is within walking distance of Noda’s many shops, restaurants and brew pubs yet a quiet place to camp. Plenty of space within the camping area. Tyler is very easy to work with and very helpful. We will return.

Backyard oasis is right! What a lovely place to spend a couple of days working/resting in the NoDa neighborhood! Tyler went above and beyond and we loved our stay. 10/10 recommend!

Great “city” camping!

Tyler’s space was perfect! Super short walk to NoDa restaurants, stores and breweries. The backyard was great for our dog to explore and Tyler gave us perfect privacy.

What a gem!

How often do you get to camp in TOTAL privacy (with great WiFi!!) in a walkable area like NODA in Charlotte?! I had the best time and will definitely return the next time I'm in Charlotte. Tyler was an excellent host. I even had my laundry picked up from this location and returned the next day.

Great place…great space!

Even though I work in the Finance Industry and travel is required…I do like to mix it up and Tyler’s backyard was a good spot for me and my truck camper for an overnight stay Va some generic hotel room. While this is off the beaten path for down town Charlotte it is at the center of NoDa which is why I chose it. Good food, drink, and live music steps outside my camper made for a great stay. Space for my truck was behind a nice gates fence. Power and water hook ups add to the value. It’s a hidden little gem you should consider.
