Tiny house itself was fine, although the pictures on Hipcamp are outdated (fridge is much smaller and different location than listing, there is a 3 stall bathroom right next to the house, not a tree and sitting area, coffee bar was replaced with paper cups). The layout and maintenance of the property left a lot to be desired. Trash, abandoned boats/rafts, plastic chairs, and life preservers we're all floating throughout the pond. With the new bathrooms next to the tiny house, people literally have to walk between your house and fire pit (aka your campsite) to use the restroom. There's a new yurt between the tiny house and pond, which makes it feel like you're just staring into another campsite. The frisbee golf course/trail around the pond takes you through the middle of several campsites. The stage area(?) was super run down. Could be an awesome property with better layout and upkeep.
Everything was great very peaceful but i wish the paddle boat wasn’t broken.
I loved the convenience of the boats already on the pond!
We had the best time there. It was like we had our own peace of heaven. There where other campers but on other sides of the pond so you barely knew they were there. The house was fully stocked with kitchen items and supplies. It was nice and clean and the shower worked wonderful. Overall it was a great experience and you can tell that they are continuing to build more out there so we will be back again because it was such a wonderful experience.
We absolutely loved our stay.
Prior reviews mentioned that there are no kitchen items. They have provided. Water pressure is awesome. And bathhouses are next door if you desire.
Our pup did not like us being in loft and him down stairs. We found that downstairs couch does turn into bed but not super comfortable. Beds in loft are very comfortable.
Air conditioning was a nice surprise and ice machine in gazebo.
Definitely a great choice!
Enjoyed our stay at the tiny house. It was well stocked and had comfy conveniences for my daughter, dog and I. We hope to visit again.

Such a fun experience! We loved the access to the water and were so impressed with the tiny house. We lost power for a bit but weren't too affected. Be sure to bring your own cooking materials / dishes for the kitchen (a sponge and soap for dishes, cooking oil if needed, knives, spatulas, etc!).
loved the proximity to land conservancy trails!! Loved the paddle and row boats and being able to grab one and get in at any time! Our 7 yr old loved that!!! We stayed in the tiny house and felt it was very quiet and peaceful. You are able to walk around the pond but don’t expect manicured trails. The RV/tiny house area spaces are very close together. The area around picnic table needed weedeating/cleaning up. Need to let people know it’s a tiny fridge in the house, as well as no utensils in kitchen.
I will absolutely return! The house was perfect for us - clean warm, cozy and waking up to the 7 acre pond was an amazing treat. We were up with the sun having a stretch by the fire and getting out in the boats! So much fun!
Because there had been big rain, we were met and followed to the site (the roads were muddy but passable) to make sure we made it. They had already offered to refund our money, but all was good! We would recommend this to anyone wanting some time in nature, not far from the rest of the world. We are already making plans for our next get away! Thank you!
