This site is a great getaway from everyday life. There is NO Wi-fi here and internet is probably one bar if you are lucky. 

Please read Entire listing and what is offered before booking. Fishing is accessible through Town of Wallace dock or out of a boat/kayak but not onsite. It is recommended to google this area for things to do on your vacation with us.

Camper is on a private residence on an 80 acre pond/river/marsh. We have identified over 40 different types of birds on the pond and property.

Although swimming is not allowed in pond, Lake Leamon is 5 minutes away and offers a beach with swimming and plenty of activities. See pictures where I have noted Lake Leamon for website or google Lake Leamon in Wallace, NC.

We have kayaks for guests to use when water is accessible . There are crappie, catfish and bass in the lake for fishing. We have two different fire pits and a chimnea on a deck overlooking the pond. Must have license to fish.

We are within an hour of 5 different beaches, multiple state and county parks, and an NC Aquarium. We are 40 minutes outside of Wilmington right off of RT. 40 and close to River Landing (Private Community and Golf Club).

As I do not charge a cleaning fee please bring your own pillows and blankets. I do provide a bottom sheet for each bed. This camper is next to our house and we live on property so you will see us from time to time. We have two large dogs and ducks that live on the property as well. The dogs will NOT interact with the campers.
