Ollie's place at Elderberry Stables

Set up camp on our gravel pad overlooking our pastures of horses and cattle. Located just off Interstate 40 near Great Smoky Mountains National Park, our stables have one site for up to four guests where you can park an RV or horse trailer. After a day of exploring the beauty of the mountains, come back to relax around the fire pit. Pets are allowed. Entrance is a long gravel driveway, therefore fifth wheel or gooseneck campers pulled by a 4wd truck are recommended. If you have any questions please contact me before booking. 

The property provides a minimal outdoor bathroom, picnic table, and water from a hose. This is a working farm, so please be respectful of the animals and farm workers. For those bringing an RV, electrical and water hookups are available but generators aren’t allowed. The pull-in space can fit up to 30 feet in length on a grassy surface. You will need to bring leveling boards. 

There is a small hike on the property, as well as many more trails in the area. Check out Cataloochee Valley in Great Smoky Mountains National Park and the Harmon Den area of Pisgah National Forest, or head into Asheville (about 30 miles east) for restaurants, shops, and events.
